RHC SHIPPING POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED VIA FEDEX, UPS OR ROYAL MAIL

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days and overall shipping will take 7–9 business days (except for public holidays and vendor holidays).

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This simply means that after placing your RHC order, your tracking number will be sent on the 4th/5th business day after ordering and your parcel will arrive 3/4 business days after that - guaranteeing that you receive your parcel in the 7-9 business day window that we promise.

 

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your parcel is on its way. 

Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, the shipment is no longer under our direct control. While we work with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays, damages, lost parcels, or delivery issues that occur after the package has been transferred to the courier.

For any delivery updates, tracking information, or delivery-related concerns, we recommend contacting the courier service directly using the tracking information provided.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONING BUNDLES, LACE SYSTEMS AND UNITS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as expected, you may be eligible for an exchange. To request an exchange, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide details of the issue.

Exchange Process
If an exchange is approved:

  1. The original item must be returned to us first.

  2. The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a replacement item will be issued.

 

Please note that exchanges will only be processed after the original item has been successfully returned and verified.

Shipping Responsibility for Returns

ReelleHairCo reserves the right to decline exchanges if returned items show signs of use, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or if they are returned in a condition different from how they were originally sent.
