WHAT WE CAN DO IN TIMES OF ERROR

  • REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    REELLEHAIRCO DO NOT DO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.

    IF IT HAPPENS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR AN ERROR IN YOUR PURCHASE,CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO  CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO HAVE YOUR ITEM RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE. 

    RETURNING AN WRONG ITEM THAT WAS WRONG

    Customers who wish to return an item without exchanging for an alternative product may be eligible for a full refund once the item has been received and carefully inspected by our team.

    To qualify for a return, all items must be sent back in their original packaging and remain completely unused, unworn, and unaltered. For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, tampering, or damage.

    If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned back to the customer.

    Refunds will only be issued once the above return requirements have been fully met.
